I was so nervous to order this but I'm absolutely thrilled, it's perfect! I'm being Elizabeth Swann from Pirates of the Caribbean for Halloween and I could not have found a better costume. I bought the "apricot" gown in XL, I'm 5'2 and about 185 pounds and it fits perfectly. I will need a corset and a hoop skirt of some kind to make it look more "real" for the era, and it didn't come with the third jewel thing as advertised (it's not on the front bow) but that was not a deal breaker for me. The fabric does seem a little delicate so be careful taking it off (I recommend putting it on over your head and you may need help getting it off to keep it from tearing, but it seems sturdy enough to move around in). I'll post pictures when I get the undergarments but until then, the dress is a pale gold satin and the lace at the bottom is lovely so if you're questioning it, do it!! I'm so excited to wear this for Halloween!
